This is my baby cousin Zack, he’s only five months old, he’s in a coma & not waking up, and is going through too much. He’s way to young to go through this. He had two heart attacks in one day, he only has one lung, and died, and got brought back to life. That means he has a second chance at life, he’s the cutest baby in the world. Zack, you pulled through so much, keep fighting we all want you safe and sound at home, we’re all praying for YOU. We love you, Sammy keeps saying your name, he’s too young to understand what’s happening, What is he gets a couple years older and asks for you? You’re his little brother, and we know you want to fight, and you better, for him, for us, for me<3.

This is just so sad and beautiful it makes me want to cry. Looking at the kid’s smile and knowing what he’s going though just.. :(((( Please pray for him. He deserves to live a happy life. Be strong, Zack!
